Director's Interests
15 Feb 2010NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT) (the "Company") announces that on February 14, 2010 Mr Moshe Edree, a non-executive director of the Company, entered into an arrangement pursuant to which he has agreed to represent the interests of Directforce Trading Limited ("Directforce") in the Company. Directforce owns approximately 29.9 per cent. of the Company's share capital.
Mr Edree, who joined the board as a non-executive director in January, has over a decade of experience in the online gaming industry; including being a founder of IOG, a leading casino brand, which was purchased by Party Gaming in 2007.
