Board Changes & Change of Adviser

NetPlay TV plc announces that Mr. Gavin Roger Whyte (age 37) has been appointed by the Board of Directors as an executive director and Mr. Andrew Christopher Lapping (age 43) has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company, effective today. In addition, Mr. Neil Montefiore has resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

The Board also announces the appointment of Teather & Greenwood Limited as Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Gavin Whyte is the holder of 300,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company and Mr. Andrew Lapping is the holder of 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
